Natural, organic and whole foods cooking classes. Each class will cover eight recipes. The cost of $80 includes snacks upon arrival, take-home recipes, tips and a full dinner. Discount cardholders are eligible to receive a 20% discount!
~~Classes are held on weeknights between 6:30 and 9:30pm.

"Are you Fully Nourished? Well, come to one of my cooking classes and find out. Balance is everything in these natural, organic and whole foods cooking classes (that do not contain any wheat, cow dairy or white sugar). Each class will cover eight delectable recipes that everyone can be accommodated for whether you are vegetarian or vegan! My goal in each class is to educate you on how everyday eating can be simple and delicious! The cost is $80 which includes snacks upon arrival, a packet of recipes to take home, helpful cooking and preparation tips, a full dinner, and of course a great time! Please inquire about class menus and any specific food allergies or about organizing your own group cooking class!"
