Vegetarian cuisine is rich with variety and tradition – Asian stir fries, Indian curries, Ethiopian stews, hearty soups, Italian pastas, creative salads, Latin American tacos and burritos, avocado sushi, chili, oven-roasted vegetables, and much more. Learn about all aspects of living a vegetarian lifestyle such as vegetarian holidays and social situations, athletes, surviving as a student, news, celebrities, etc. Both teachers and students can find resources to bring issues surrounding animals and vegetaranism into classrooms and schools.
