To count down the five days remaining until our Totally Fabulous Vegan Bake-off, we are posting a recap of each of the categories appearing at the event to help the bakers and get the samplers’ mouths watering.  Gluten-Free Treats
This category has one simple rule and is your chance to get creative: all entries must be gluten-free ,so that samplers with an allergy can taste without worry. Last year’s winner was Dashing Dan’s Fabulous Fudge. Here is an easy example of gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. Thanks to our sponsors!     The 4th Totally Fabulous Vegan Bake-Off takes place on Saturday, February 4th from 2 to 4:30 pm at 918 Bathurst (on Bathurst, a couple of blocks north of Bloor).
