To count down the five days remaining until our Totally Fabulous Vegan Bake-off, we are posting a recap of each of the categories appearing at the event to help the bakers and get the samplers’ mouths watering.  Professionally Crafted Vegan Classics
These entries are from the professional trendsetters with vegan businesses who set the baking bar (although that doesn’t mean hobby bakers can’t show them who’s boss). The 4th Totally Fabulous Vegan Bake-Off takes place on Saturday, February 4th from 2 to 4:30 pm at 918 Bathurst (on Bathurst, a couple of blocks north of Bloor).
