Mindful Eating Retreat– This retreat will examine the Seven Hungers and discover methods (meditations, journaling, exercises using Mindful eating techniques, simple yoga, breath work, and body awareness) to control hunger in a Mindful way. It is open to anyone who has struggled with eating, either over eating or under eating. This is 3 day vegetarian retreat that is held twice a year. *price upon request, call for schedule, space is limited.
