Members’ Tour of Farmhouse Garden Animal Home May 19th — sold out!

May 6, 2019

We’re happy to announce the upcoming Members’ trip to Farmhouse Garden Animal Home!

This event is now sold out, but look for another bus trip for members in late summer / early fall!

Spend the day with the animals of Farmhouse Garden, where you’ll have the opportunity to take in a guided tour of the grounds, hear the story of how this Sanctuary came to be, and even have the opportunity to feed the animal residents!

Bring your own lunch and a water bottle, as well as a pair of boots–it’s going to be muddy at this working farm! After the tour, we will stop at Copper Branch in Brooklin for your choice of three meals, with kombucha and dessert samples donated by Copper Branch. We will return you to Wilson Station around 5pm after a full day of compassion and community.

The cost for this event is $60.00 and that covers everything; the bus, supper at Copper Branch, as well as a donation to Farmhouse Garden. TVA staff will be along on the tour to take care of all the details.

You must be a member of the TVA to join this event, but memberships are available to all for a minimum $25.00 donation. Each member may bring one paying guest. We will be going rain or shine, and as noted the farm will be muddy so please dress accordingly. This event is for ages seven and up.
