Today John, Lisa, and Jeanette had the opportunity to talk with Chef Susur Lee.  The discussion centres around the vegetarian menu promotion, Garden to Table, which is taking place at Bent Restaurant.  The menu is vegetarian, but vegans are welcome to make their dietary preferences known and accommodations will be made.  Garden to Table runs from March 30th to April 15th; however, the popularity of the event is so high that there is discussion of adding a third week.
