Toronto is becoming a hub for plant-based nutrition and health revolution. So it was no surprise to me to find out that Remedy Food Live Event is being hosted in this veg-friendly city this June.
A whole weekend of learning from the world’s leading experts in plant-based nutrition, networking with like-minded people, and eating delicious plant-based food? Yes, please. Remedy is one of the biggest and most incredible plant-based events, having hosted nearly 400 people in Atlanta last year, and I couldn’t be more excited that it will be coming to Toronto!
I’ve completed the Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, I’m currently working with PlantPure Nation, and I’ve been following a plant-based diet for about six years now.
But, I really feel that this event is what will take my knowledge of plant-based nutrition to the next level.
The lineup of speakers is absolutely amazing! I’m looking forward to seeing the doctors whose research I’ve been studying. What I’ve learned from Dr. T. Colin Campbell (and Dr. Tom Campbell), Dr. Esselstyn, and Dr. Greger has been truly life changing. Hearing them speak live will be such an honor.
I’m also excited to learn from the many other doctors, chefs, and wellness experts that will be part of the Remedy event. Jason Wrobel! Lindsay Nixon! Chef AJ! And Toronto’s own Chef Doug McNish!
I’m always eager to learn more so that I can share my knowledge of plant-based nutrition and help improve the lives of those around me. I’m grateful for Benji Kurtz and the rest of the Remedy team for making all of this possible. I’m also grateful for the sponsors of the event: the TVA, the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, The Tale of Kale, and Strawesome.
Remedy is just the event we need move Toronto’s health and wellness movement forward!
Feel free to reach out to me if you’d like to meet up at the event (email@example.com, IG: @alessandra.savoia).
Can’t wait to see everyone there! June 17-19 at the Sheraton Centre! You can learn more about the event and make reservations at RemedyFood.org/Toronto!
