New Storefront Location

Back in September, we told you about The Goods, a brand new lunch delivery service offering “organic whenever possible, gluten, dairy and chemical free, vegetarian, mostly raw-vegan, and big time delicious meals delivered to your office.” Upon the success of the delivery service, they are currently setting up shop for take-out. “Aiming to open for take-out and pre-order pickup very early 2014, we’ll be found at 1255 Dundas West at Dovercourt, on the south side. Located in Oshawa, this fully vegan meal delivery service offers breakfast, soups & stews, wraps & salads, and dessert for delivery in and around the Oshawa area, as well as pick up from the South Oshawa Community Centre (1455 Cedar St.) where their kitchen is based. Founder, co-owner, and CEO, Chef Gabriela Budani, is committed to plant-based eating as a sustainable, healthy, and compassionate choice. “Veganism is the future of food… as a result, we are dedicated to helping the food movement by opening a fast-food style healthy vegan restaurant chain to help Canadians stay healthy conveniently.” A storefront location is in the works for January 2015, but until then, orders can be placed online or over the phone for delivery and pick up.
